Products Description

HT Automatic Voltage Stabilizer (33 KV)

RANGE : Upto 8000 kVA in 33 KV Class

HT Automatic Voltage Stabilizers are used to obtain stable input voltage regardless of voltage variations received from power companies. Voltage fluctuations not only cause breakdowns but also have a significant impact on other aspects of production. Recons technically advanced HT Automatic Voltage Regulator operates continuously on load and provides a stable voltage on the HT side. The voltage fluctuation in industrial units with a standard distribution transformer with offload tap changer with High Tension Voltage (HT) is regulated to a stable output voltage of 33 KV, with a tolerance of +/-1%.
Construction & Working In H.T Automatic Voltage Stabilizer, helical coils are mounted on CRGO core assembly. Carbon rollers that travel the length of the coil track, are mounted on a fiberglass carrier board. The output terminals are linked to these carbon rollers. To reduce the effect of core-flux fringing, numerous compensating windings are connected in parallel, near the regulating coil and are short circuited, keeping the reactance of the regulator constant at any position of the rolling contact.
